摘 要:静电防护和雷电防护是石油化工装置安全防灾中的重要内容,静电接地和金属法兰跨接的要求和实施方案存在较多争论。从基本概念和原理着手,根据现行标准和规范的要求,结合工程实践,分析了静电防护和雷电防护的要求和特点,重点讨论了静电释放与接地、法兰的静电跨接、标准相关要求、0.03Ω电阻的来历等方面的内容,提出了工程建议以及应注意的问题。Static electricity protection and lightning protection are important contents in the safety disaster prevention of petrochemical unit.There is much debate on the requirements and implementation for static electricity grounding and metal flange bridging.Starting from the basic conception and principles,the requirements and characteristics of electrostatic protection and lightning protection based on current standards and specifications with combination of engineering practice are analyzed.The contents on the aspects such as electrostatic discharge and grounding,electrostatic bridging of flanges,relevant in standard requirements,and the origin of 0.032 resistance are discussed with emphasis.Engineering suggestions and issues to be noted are put forward.
