摘  要:影响沸腾床加氢装置球阀长期安全有效运行的原因主要有开关动作卡涩、开关不到位、球体与阀座流道口被冲蚀等,结合现役球阀的应用工况,通过流体仿真分析以及密封面耐磨冲蚀综合试验,运用理论分析和有限元软件,实现球阀的优化设计,同时对阀门的应用情况进行了解析,给出了球阀安装调试的注意事项,能更好地满足工况条件和使用要求。The main reasons that affect the long-term safe and effective operation of the ball valve in the ebullated-bed hydrogenation unit are jamming of the switch action,inadequate switch,and erosion of the flow channel between the ball and the valve seat.Based on the application conditions of the in service ball valve,fluid simulation analysis and comprehensive wear-resisting and erosion tests on the sealing surface,combined with theoretical analysis and finite element software,the optimization design of the ball valve is achieved.At the same time,the application situation of the valve is analyzed,and precautions for the installation and debugging of the ball valve are provided to better meet the working conditions and usage requirements.
