中华民族传统福利文化的基本特征

摘　　要：福利文化是人类在追求幸福生活过程中产生和形成的福利思想和福利制度,具有突出的民族性。中华民族是一个崇尚和追求幸福生活的伟大民族,在长期的社会福利实践中创造了丰富多彩的传统福利文化,并与西方传统福利文化形成鲜明对比。从比较视角看,中华民族传统福利文化具有五个基本特征:以五福齐备为目标的福利理想、以性善论为基础的福利哲学、以儒家思想为主体的福利学说、以社会救助为重点的国家福利制度、以宗族保障为基石的民间福利体系。The welfare culture is the welfare ideology and welfare system that humans have developed and formed in the pursuit of a happy life.It has prominent ethnic characteristics.The Chinese nation is a great nation that advocates and pursues a happy life.Through long-term social welfare practices,it has created a rich and colorful traditional welfare culture,which is in sharp contrast to Western traditional welfare culture.From a comparative perspective,the traditional welfare culture of the Chinese na-tion has five basic characteristics:the welfare ideal with the goal of achieving complete five happiness,the welfare philosophy based on the theory of original goodness of human nature,the welfare theory with Confucianism as the main body,the national welfare system with social assistance as the focus,and the folk welfare system with clan protection as the cornerstone.
