摘　　要：白细胞介素-34(IL-34)是白细胞介素家族中的一员,主要作为巨噬细胞生长因子发挥作用。它通过与特定受体结合激活多条信号通路,从而调节目标免疫细胞活动,在多种炎症型和免疫性疾病中发挥作用。研究显示,IL-34参与皮肤免疫调节,特别是特应性皮炎(AD)的发病过程。AD患者的病变皮肤中IL-34的表达水平显著降低,其作为潜在的负调节因子可能通过调节炎症因子和皮肤屏障成分的水平而发挥作用,提高皮肤局部IL-34水平可能有助于抑制炎症反应的发展。为了更好地理解IL-34在AD发病机制中的作用并探索其作为治疗靶点的潜力,本文对IL-34的信号传导机制、生物特性及其在AD中的作用进行综述。Interleukin-34(IL-34)is a member of the interleukin family and functions primarily as a macrophage growth factor.It plays a role in a variety of inflammatory and immune diseases by binding to specific receptors to activate multiple signaling pathways,thereby regulating target immune cell activity.Studies have shown the involvement of IL-34 in cutaneous immunoregulation,particularly in the pathogenesis of atopic dermatitis(AD).The expression level of IL-34 is significantly reduced in the lesional skin of AD patients,and its role as a potential negative regulator may function by modulating the levels of inflammatory factors and skin barrier components.Increasing local IL-34 levels in the skin may help to limit the progression of the inflammatory response.Therefore,in order to better understand the role of IL-34 in the pathogenesis of AD and to explore its potential as a therapeutic target,this article reviews the signal transduction mechanism,biological characteristics and the role of IL-34 in AD.
