摘　　要：目的 探讨多学科团队协作(MDT)护理在高脂血症性胰腺炎患者中的应用效果。方法 选择2022年1月至12月安徽省亳州市人民医院收治的90例高脂血症性胰腺炎患者,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和研究组,各45例。对照组行常规护理,研究组在常规护理基础上行MDT护理干预。观察两组负面情绪、睡眠质量、遵医行为变化情况。结果 干预后,两组汉密尔顿焦虑量表、汉密尔顿抑郁量表评分及匹兹堡睡眠质量指数评分均低于干预前,且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05);干预后,研究组规律服药、饮食、锻炼、复诊占比均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 MDT干预用于高脂血症性胰腺炎患者,在负面情绪、睡眠质量及遵医行为改善方面均效果显著。Objective To explore the application effect of multidisciplinary team(MDT) care model nursing in hyperlipidemic pancreatitis patients.Methods A total of 90 patients with hyperlipidemic pancreatitis treated in Bozhou People's Hospital of Anhui Province from January to December 2022 were selected.They were divided into control group and study group by random number table method,with 45 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the study group received MDT nursing intervention based on routine nursing.The negative mood,sleep quality,and compliance behavior of the two groups were observed.Results After intervention,the scores of Hamilton anxiety scale,Hamilton depression scale,and Pittsburgh sleep quality based ascending index in both groups were lower than those before intervention,and those of the study group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the proportion of regular medication,diet,exercise and return visit in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion MDT intervention in patients with hyperlipidemic pancreatitis has a significant effect on improving negative mood,sleep quality and compliance behavior.
