PDCA循环对盐城市第三人民医院病区备用药品管理水平的影响

摘　　要：为进一步细致化管理备用药品,同时结合等级医院评审要求,运用策划-实施-检查-改进(PDCA)循环提高备用药品管理水平,保证药品质量,提高患者用药安全。江苏省盐城市第三人民医院根据要求,结合平时联合检查中存在的问题,制订各项切实可行的整改措施,重新修订储药单元药品管理相关规定,用PDCA质量工具干预病区药品管理,在经过一个周期的落实整改持续改进后,病区药品管理各项指标均有改善,备用药品基数管理、批号管理、药品储存条件和标识管理等方面得到了显著的改善,管理人员的专业能力和责任心不断提高,但效期管理方面还有待进一步规范,药学部将进一步把PDCA落到实处,真正解决问题,提高备用药品的质量管理,提高药学服务质量,保证人民群众的用药安全。Objective In order to further manage standby drugs in detail and combine with the requirements of grade hospital review,the plan-do-check action(PDCA) cycle was used to improve the management level of standby drugs,ensure drug quality and improve drug safety for patients.The Yancheng Third People's Hospital,Jiangsu Province,according to the requirements and combined with the problems existing in the usual joint inspection,formulated practical rectification measures and revised the relevant provisions on regulations on drug management in drug storage units.Using PDCA quality tools to intervene in ward drug management,after a cycle of implementation,rectification and continuous improvement,all indicators of ward drug management have been improved,reserve drug base management,batch number management,drug storage conditions a and identification management have been significantly improved.The professional ability and sense of responsibility of management personnel continue to improve,but the management of expiry management needs to be further standardized.The Department of Pharmacy will further implement PDCA into practice,truly solve the problem,improve the quality management of standby drugs,improve the quality of pharmaceutical care,and ensure the safety of drugs used by the people.
