火针联合黄芪桂枝五物汤加减治疗脊髓损伤恢复期的临床效果

摘　　要：目的 观察火针联合黄芪桂枝五物汤加减治疗脊髓损伤恢复期的临床效果。方法 选取2021年12月至2023年10月于广西壮族自治区桂林市中医医院康复医学科及老年病科治疗90例脊髓损伤恢复期患者,按照随机数字表法将其分成火针组、中药组、联合组,每组30例。三组均给予常规基础康复训练,火针组增加火针治疗,中药组增加黄芪桂枝五物汤治疗,联合组增加火针联合口服黄芪桂枝五物汤,三组均持续治疗8周。分别于治疗前后进行美国脊柱损伤协会(ASIA)感觉功能评分量表、ASIA运动功能评定量表、日常生活活动能力评定。结果 治疗后,三组ASIA感觉功能评分量表中轻触觉、ASIA感觉功能评分量表中针刺觉、ASIA运动功能评定量表、改良Barthel指数评分高于治疗前,且联合组高于火针组、中药组(P<0.05)。结论 火针联合黄芪桂枝五物汤能显著改善脊髓损伤恢复期患者的感觉功能、运动功能,以及日常生活活动能力。Objective To observe the clinical effect of fire needle combined with Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction in the treatment of spinal cord injury convalescent.Methods A total of 90 spinal cord injury convalescent patients were selected from December 2021 to October 2023 in the Department of Rehabilitation Medicine and the Department of Geriatrics,Guilin Municipal Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region,and they were divided into fire needle group,traditional Chinese medicine group,and combined group according to random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The three groups were given routine basic rehabilitation training,the fire-needle group was added with fire-needle treatment,the traditional Chinese medicine group was added with Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction,and the combined group was added with fire-needle combined with Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction.The three groups were treated continuously for eight weeks.The American Spinal Injury Association(ASIA) sensory function rating scale,ASIA motor function rating scale,and activities of daily living were evaluated before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the scores of light touch in ASIA sensory function scale,acupuncture sense in ASIA sensory function scale,ASIA motor function rating scale,and modified Barthel index in the three groups were higher than those before treatment,and those in the combined group were higher than those in the fire needle group and the traditional Chinese medicine group(P<0.05).Conclusion Fire needle combined with Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction can significantly improve the sensory function,motor function,and the ability of daily living in patients with spinal cord injury convalescent.
