摘　　要：目的 探讨王子瑜教授治疗子宫内膜异位性疾病(EMD)的用药规律。方法 收集2005年1月至2015年12月北京中医药大学东直门医院王子瑜教授治疗EMD的处方信息,采用SPSS 20.0、SPSS Modeler 18.0软件分析药物的使用频次、四气、五味与归经,根据系统聚类与关联规则方法分析中药的常用组合。结果 收集中药处方502首,涉及中药132味,排名前10位中药均有活血作用。中药药性以温、平、微寒为主,药味以苦、辛、甘常见,多归肝、脾经。聚类分析将高频中药聚为8类,关联规则分析显示已知药对的关联性较强,并挖掘出数对未知药对,当归-赤芍-丹参可能是核心药物组合。院内制剂乌丹丸的使用远多于其他中成药。结论 王子瑜教授治疗EMD以活血消癥为核心治法,寒温并用、攻补兼施,临床处方精简,用药灵活,擅长配伍活血药。Objective To investigate the medication rule of Professor Wang Ziyu in the treatment of endometriosis disease(EMD).Methods The prescription information of Professor Wang Ziyu from Dongzhimen Hospital,Beijing University of Chinese Medicine in treating EMD from January2005 to December 2015 was collected.SPSS 20.0 and SPSS Modeler 18.0 software were used to analyze the frequency of drug use,four nature of drug,five flavours of drug,and channel tropism,and the common combinations of traditional Chinese medicine were analyzed according to systematic clustering and association rule methods.Results A total of 502 traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions were collected,involving 132 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine,and the top 10 traditional Chinese medicine all had blood-activating effects.The drug nature of traditional Chinese medicine were mainly warm,flat,and slightly cold,and the drug flavours were bitter,pungent,and sweet,which were mostly returned to the liver and spleen channels.The high frequency traditional Chinese medicines were grouped into eight categories by cluster analysis.Association rule analysis showed that the known couplet medicines had strong correlation,and several unknown couplet medicines were discovered.Angelicae Sinensis Radix-Paeoniae Radix Rubra-Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix Et Rhizoma may be the core drug combination.The use of Wudan Pills in hospital was much more than other traditional Chinese patent medicines and simple preparations.Conclusion Professor Wang Ziyu's treatment of EMD is based on the core treatment of activating blood and eliminating disease,combining cold and warm,reinforcement and elimination in combination.The clinical prescription is simple,the drug use is flexible,and he is good at matching activating blood drugs.
