摘　　要：目的 探究优化膀胱管理方案在宫颈癌手术患者中的应用效果。方法 选取2020年7月至2023年6月江苏省淮安市第一人民医院妇科收治的103例宫颈癌手术患者作为观察对象,按照01~103的顺序编号将其分为对照组(单数)和干预组(双数)。对照组(51例)实施常规术后膀胱护理措施,干预组(52例)实施优化膀胱管理方案护理措施。于干预前、干预4周后,对两组希望水平进行分析;比较两组储尿时、排尿时膀胱功能;记录两组并发症发生情况。结果 干预4周后,两组希望水平评分高于干预前,且干预组高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预组尿道分布压、膀胱压高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预组并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 优化膀胱管理方案有助于宫颈癌术患者希望水平的提升,改善膀胱功能,减少尿路感染并发症发生。Objective To explore the application effect of optimal bladder management in patients undergoing cervical cancer surgery.Methods A total of 103 patients with cervical cancer treated in the Department of Gynecology of Huaian First People's Hospital,Jiangsu Province from July 2020 to June 2023 were selected as the observation objects,they were numbered from 01 to 103 and divided into control group(singular) and intervention group(even),the control group(51 cases) received routine bladder nursing measures,and the intervention group(52 cases) received optimal bladder management measures.Hope level between two groups were analyzed before intervention and four weeks after intervention;the bladder function during urine storage and urination were compared between the two groups;and the complications were recorded in the two groups.Results After four weeks of intervention,the hope level scores of the two groups were higher than those before intervention,and those in the intervention group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The distributed urethral pressure and bladder pressure in the intervention group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total complication rate of the intervention group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The optimal bladder management program can enhance the hope level,improve the bladder function,and reduce the complication of urinary tract infection in patients with cervical cancer surgery.
