基于ECRS模型构建的眼科日间手术健康教育模式在白内障患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的 探讨基于ECRS模型构建的眼科日间手术健康教育模式在白内障患者中的应用效果。方法 选取2022年6月至2023年8月安徽省第二人民医院接受日间手术的80例白内障患者,依据随机数字表法将其分为两组,每组40例。对照组给予常规健康宣教,观察组给予基于ECRS模型构建的眼科日间手术健康教育模式。比较两组干预前后知识掌握程度、自护能力及干预后眼科日间手术满意度。结果 干预后,两组患者自评评分均高于干预前,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组术前用药、术前饮食、手术流程、心理状态、自护责任感、自护技能、自护相关知识评分均高于干预前及对照组(P<0.05)。观察组眼科日间手术满意度评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 基于ECRS模型构建的眼科日间手术健康教育模式可以提高白内障患者的健康知识掌握程度、自护技能及满意度。Objective To explore application effect of health education model for ophthalmic day surgery based on ECRS model in cataract patients.Methods Eighty cataract patients underwent daytime surgery in Anhui Second People's Hospital from June 2022 to August 2023 were selected and divided into two groups by using random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.Control group received routine health edu cation,while observation group received health education model for ophthalmic day surgery based on ECRS model.Knowledge mastery,self-care ability before and after intervention,and satisfaction with ophthalmic day surgery after intervention between two groups were compared.Results After intervention,self-evaluation scores of patients in two groups were higher than those before intervention,and observation group was higher than control group(P<0.05).After intervention,preoperative medication,preoperative diet,surgical process,psychological state,sense of self-care responsibility,self-care skills and self-care related knowledge scores in observation group were higher than those before intervention and those in control group(P<0.05).Satisfaction score of ophthalmic day surgery in observation group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Health education model for ophthalmic day surgery based on ECRS model can improve the health knowledge,self-care skills and satisfaction of cataract patients.
