摘  要:采用岩心中形成泡沫的方法,连接一个水驱到含水98%的尺寸为4.5cm×4.5cm×30cm的长条岩心,模拟地下形成泡沫的条件,用长岩心制备泡沫的方法,注入发泡剂溶液经过长条岩心剪切形成泡沫,获得不同泡沫体系.根据起泡体积和半衰期,计算泡沫体系的综合系数,进行有利于产生泡沫的起泡剂的筛选.在确定的泡沫体系中,加入不同浓度的稳泡剂用长岩心法起泡,优选出合适的稳泡剂,增强泡沫体系的稳定性.为了达到理想的发泡效果,将十四烷磺基氟化甜菜碱(SFN)和十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)两种表面活性剂复配,应用正交实验方法研究最佳泡沫体系,通过正交实验对泡沫体系配方进行优化.对优选出的泡沫体系进行驱油评价,通过三管并联岩心驱替实验研究不同渗透率极差条件下泡沫体系的驱油效果和各层产液变化,发现渗透率变异系数越大,在泡沫驱阶段,高渗透层产液下降幅度越大,中、低渗透油层产液提高幅度越大.In this paper,a method of foam formation in rock core is used to connect a water drive to a water bearing 98%with a size of 4.5cmx4.5cmx30cm long core is used to simulate the formation of foam under the condition of underground.The method of foamed by long core is injected into foaming agent to form foam through long core,and different foam systems are obtained.According to the blistering volume and half-life,the comprehensive coefficient of the foam system is calculated,and the foaming agent for foaming is screened.In the foam system,adding different concentration of foam stabilizer and foaming with long core method,the appropriate foam stabilizer is selected to enhance the stability of the foam system.In order to achieve the ideal foaming effect,fourteen alkyl sulfonated beet(SFN)and twelve alkyl sulfate(SDS)two surfactants were mixed,and the best foam system was studied by orthogonal experiment.The formulation of foam system was optimized by orthogonal experiment.The displacement evaluation of the optimized foam system is carried out.Through the three tube parallel core displacement experiment,the displacement effect of the foam system and the changes of liquid production in different layers under different permeability extreme conditions are studied.It is found that the greater the coefficient of permeability variation is,the greater the decrease in the liquid production under the high permeability layer during the foam flooding stage,and the greater the increase of liquid production in the middle and low permeability reservoirs.
