摘  要:三维超声心动图(3DE)是一种先进的医学成像技术,它能提供心脏结构的立体视图,在评估心脏瓣膜疾病方面具有重要价值。三尖瓣反流(TR)在人群中普遍存在,其对预后的重要性在近期已得到广泛的认识,并进一步推动了经导管三尖瓣介入治疗(TTVI)的发展。3DE是评估三尖瓣解剖和功能的重要工具,并为TR类型的新分类提供新的见解,在TTVI指导过程中是确保介入治疗成功和减少并发症的关键。Three-dimensional echocardiography(3DE)is an advanced medical imaging technology with significant value in assessing heart valve diseases.Tricuspid regurgitation(TR)is prevalent among the population,and its importance for prognosis has been widely recognized recently,further advancing the development of transcatheter tricuspid valve intervention(TTVI).As a crucial tool for evaluating the anatomy and function of the tricuspid valve,3DE offers new insights into TR classification and severity assessment and is the key to the success of TTVI surgeries and the reduction of complications.
