摘  要:目的:探讨人性化服务模式对门诊患者情绪及就医体验的影响.方法:选取2022年7月至12月于本院门诊就诊并采取人性化服务模式进行就医引导的30例患者作为研究对象,纳入观察组;选取2022年1月至6月于本院门诊就诊采取常规就医引导的30例患者作为对照,纳入对照组.采取回顾分析法,对两组患者情绪状态[汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分]、就医体验(就诊体验调查表评分)、门诊护理质量评分进行统计学分析.结果:与对照组相比,观察组患者的HAMA、HAMD评分均较低,就诊体验评分较高、门诊护理质量评分较高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:人性化服务模式在门诊就医中的应用,能提高门诊护理质量,对患者情绪及就医体验,均较常规门诊服务模式更具优势.Objective:To explore the impact of a humanized service model on the emotions and medical experience of outpatient patients.Method:Thirty patients who visited the outpatient department of our hospital from July to December 2022 and adopted a humanized service model for medical guidance were selected as the research subjects,and include them in the observation group;30 patients who received routine medical guidance at the outpatient department of our hospital from January to June 2022 were selected as controls and include them in the control group.Using Retrospective analysis,the emotional state[Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA),Hamilton depression scale(HAMD)score],medical experience(medical experience questionnaire score)and outpatient nursing quality score of the two groups were recorded.Results:Compared with the control group,the observation group had lower HAMA and HAMD scores,higher medical experience scores,and higher outpatient nursing quality scores,with statistical significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of humanized service model in outpatient treatment can improve the quality of outpatient care,improve patient emotions,and has more advantages in terms of patient emotions and medical experience compared to conventional outpatient service models.
