摘　　要：高质量发展是党的二十大提出的社会发展的总要求,新时期建筑方针为城乡建设事业高质量发展提供了总遵循。当前,“好房子”已经成为业界和社会的一个重点话题,什么是好房子,不同的人不同的视角有着不同的标准和要求,但真正落实“适用、经济、绿色、美观”的房子就应该能建成人民满意的“好房子”。因此,我们要深刻理解新建筑方针的内涵要义,坚持以人民为中心,回归建筑本质,重赋地域文化,秉承绿色发展的理念,共同探索推动住房城乡建设事业高质量发展的新理念、新路径和新模式。High-quality development is the general requirement for social development put forward by the 20th CPC National Congress,and architecture principles for the new era provide a fundamental guideline for the high-quality development of urban and rural construction.Today,“better housing”has become a key topic of discussion in the field and society.What makes better housing?People may have varied standards and requirements from different perspectives,whereas those who genuinely follow the principle of“applicable,economical,green,and elegant”are able to achieve“better housing”to the satisfaction of our people.Therefore,we should understand the significance and rich content of the new architecture principles,always put people first,return to the essence of architecture,embrace regional cultures,remain committed to green development,and jointly explore new concepts,new paths,and new modes to the high-quality development of housing and urban-rural construction.
