摘 要:本文通过客观分析房地产开发企业在企业规模、风险管理、盈利能力、成长潜力、运营绩效、创新能力、产品品质、社会责任八大方面的表现,全面衡量企业的综合实力,形成了2024房地产开发企业综合实力测评成果。从测评结果看,2023年我国房地产市场仍处于下行、探底调整期。在坚持“房住不炒”调控主基调前提下,房地产政策逐渐向支持产业发展转变。房企大多数指标均值持续下降,但降幅有所收窄。By objectively analyzing the performance of real estate developers in eight aspects:enterprise scale,risk management,profitability,growth potential,operational performance,innovation ability,product quality and social responsibility,this report comprehensively measures the comprehensive strength of developers and forms the comprehensive strength evaluation results of 2024 real estate developers.In 2023,China's real estate market is still in a period of downward and bottom adjustment.On the premise of insisting on the main tone of regulation and control of“Housing for living,not for speculation”,the real estate policy has gradually changed to supporting industrial development.The average value of most indicators of real estate developers continued to decline,but the decline narrowed.
