月鉴编纂若干问题探析——以4部月鉴的编纂特色为例

摘　　要：编纂月鉴是新形势下年鉴工作者审时度势、主动作为的创新举措,《江苏微记录》《宁波月鉴》《看见——湖州月鉴》《绍兴月鉴》4部全国范围内较早启动的月鉴编纂实践,为月鉴的未来发展提供了参考借鉴价值。月鉴作为方志成果的一种特殊形式,在做好编纂规范、框架设计、名称命名、编纂体例、内容形式、入鉴史料等各方面工作的同时,还应重视时效性、连续性、更新性的原则。在月鉴编纂和传播模式上,也应注重创新发展,利用网络爬虫、人工智能等技术手段和各类新媒体平台,进一步提高编纂效率和扩大传播范围。同时,有关单位应做好顶层指导,鼓励和引导更多地区开展月鉴编纂,不断创新,探索出更多具有地域特色的月鉴编纂实践路径,及时总结各地月鉴编纂的优秀做法和有益经验,让月鉴成为新形势下地方志发挥“存史、育人、资政”作用的一匹“黑马”。As an innovative initiative of yearbook worker examining and judging of the situation,Jiangsu Micro-Record,Ningbo Monthbook,Seeing:Huzhou Monthbook,and Shaoxing Monthbook,are the early start of the compilation of monthbook in China,which provides reference to the future development of monthbook.As a special form of the results of local chronicles,not only in the compilation specification,framework design,name naming,compilation style,content form,historical materials,etc.,should also pay attention to the principle of timeliness,continuity,and updating.In the compilation and dissemination mode,should also focus on innovative development,the use of network crawlers,artificial intelligence and other technical means and various types of new media platforms,to further improve the efficiency of compilation and broaden dissemination range.At the same time,the relevant units have to do a good job of top-level guidance,encourage and guide more areas to carry out the compilation of monthbook,continuously break new ground,explore more path with regional characteristics for the compilation practice,and sum up excellent practices and useful experience in time,so that when playing the role of"recording history,cultivating people,and helping to governing"for local gazetteers in the new situation,the monthbook could act as a "dark horse".
