学科年鉴高质量发展的管理与服务机制研究——以“中国社会科学年鉴系列”为例

摘  要:学科年鉴是专业年鉴中的一类,在年鉴总量中只占很小比重,但它对于学科建设、学术研究、学术评价、学术存史具有独特的重要价值,日益受到学术界和管理部门的重视。中国社会科学院在学科年鉴建设方面进行了积极探索,取得了显著成效,形成了国内规模最大、唯一成体系的哲学社会科学学科年鉴群——“中国社会科学年鉴系列”。管理部门和出版社的管理与服务为“中国社会科学年鉴系列”的发展提供了有力保障。当前应进一步重视学科年鉴工作,发挥其在构建中国特色哲学社会科学、建构中国自主知识体系中的重要作用。管理部门和出版社要进一步完善学科年鉴的管理与服务机制,与学术共同体一道,推动哲学社会科学学科年鉴在新时代实现高质量发展。Academic yearbook is one kind of professional yearbook,which only accounts for a small proportion in the total number of yearbooks,but it has a unique and important value for academic construction,academic research,academic evaluation and academic history,and it has been increasingly emphasized by academia and management departments.The Chinese Academy of Social Sciences(CASS)has actively explored the construction of disciplinary yearbooks and achieved remarkable results,forming the largest and the only systematic group of philosophy and social sciences disciplinary yearbooks in China-"Chinese Social Sciences Yearbook Series".The management and service of the management departments and publishing houses have provided a strong guarantee for the development of the"Chinese Social Sciences Yearbook Series".At present,more attention should be paid to the work of disciplinary yearbooks,give full play to its important role in building philosophy and social sciences with Chinese characteristics and China's independent knowledge system.Management departments and publishing houses should further improve the management and service mechanism of disciplinary yearbooks,and work together with the academic community to promote the high-quality development of disciplinary yearbooks of philosophy and social sciences in the new era.
