摘　　要：《国家图书馆年鉴》是目前国内图书馆界2部连续出版的年鉴之一,自2011年开始编纂,至今已编纂出版12部。该年鉴以国家图书馆核心业务工作为主线,全面记录国家图书馆的年度工作、重要事件,在业界发挥着重要的示范引领、信息服务、对外宣传作用,具有重要的存史、资政价值。同时,该年鉴存在着框架结构与装帧偏于稳定、行文偏工作总结、出版流程较长、引领带动与对外交流作用有待进一步开拓与创新等困惑,今后可以从内容新、形式新、流程新、理念新、人员“知识结构新”5个层面实现创新发展。The National Library Yearbook,one of the two continuously published professional yearbooks in the domestic library sector,has been compiled and published 12 times since 2011.With a focus on the core business of the National Library,the yearbook comprehensively records the annual work and important events of the National Library,and plays an important role in the industry as a model leader,information service,and publicity,with important value for history and politics.At the same time,the yearbooks exists in the framework structure and binding is biased towards stability,the writing style is biased in favor of work summary,the publication process is longer,the role of leading the way in innovation and external communications to be further developed.Innovation and development can be realized at five levels:new content,new forms,new processes,"new ideas,and new knowledge structure"for personnel.
