摘　　要：该文研究启迪于“中国冰雪体育旅游发展论坛”的研究报告。目前,对冰雪体育旅游业发展后的经济增长与就业增长的具体研究仍然不足且匮乏。从中华人民共和国文化和旅游部公布的数据来看,吉林全省冰雪旅游近年来接待游客人数增长迅速。是否冰雪旅游业的发展真正地带动了吉林省的就业率增长,冰雪旅游业的发展对第一、第二、第三产业的经济与就业究竟产生了多大影响?这些仍然亟待研究。该文旨在通过分析吉林省冰雪体育旅游产业等相关经济增长率、就业增长率、收入增长率等一系列数据,与吉林省整体就业率、经济增长等相关数据进行对比,探析冰雪旅游业的发展对第一、第二、第三产业的经济与就业的影响。研究数据主要来源于中国统计年鉴,截取了2009~2020年吉林省第一产业就业率、第二产业就业率、第三产业就业率、冰雪体育旅游收入、地区生产总值等五项指标,通过计量统计学软件Eview进行多元线性回归分析、方差分析、异方差分析,以及图示法检验。结果显示,吉林省的经济增长与就业率上升与第三产业冰雪体育旅游业关系密切。在数值上,冰雪体育旅游收入每增长1万元,平均第三产业就业人数增加28.72人;地区生产总值增长1万元,第三产业就业人数增加74.75人。因此该文认为:①吉林省经济增长、就业上升与冰雪产业密切相关;②第一、第二产业各指标与经济、就业增长关系较弱。基于研究结果提出:①吉林省应大力扶持第三产业,特别是冰雪相关产业以弥补第一、第二产业就业与发展动力不足问题;②研究建议吉林省政府逐步削减对第一、第二产业的支持,并适时帮助相关企业转型发展。This researchis inspired by the research report of"China Ice and Snow Sports Tourism Development Forum".Currently,there is a lack of research on the economic and employment growth of ice and snow sports tourism.According to the data released by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism,PRC,thenumber of tourists received by snow and ice tourism in the province of Jilin has increased rapidly in recent years.Has the development of ice and snow tourism really led to employment growth in Jilin Province,and how much has the development of ice and snow tourism actually affected the economy and employment in the primary,secondary and tertiary sectors?These still need to be studied urgently.The purpose of this study is to analyze a series of data such as economic growth rate,employment growth rate and income growth rate of the ice and snow sports tourism industry in Jilin Province,and compare it with the overall employment rate,economic growth and other relevant data of Jilin Province to explore the impact of the development of ice and snow tourism on the economy and employment of theprimary,secondary and tertiary industries.The research data mainly comes from the China Statistical Yearbook,and five indicators,including the employment rate of the primary industry,the employment rate of the secondary industry,the employment rate of the tertiary industry,the income from ice and snow sports tourism,and the gross regional product,were intercepted from 2009 to 2020 in Jilin Province,and were subjected to multivariate linear regression analysis,analysis of variance(ANOVA),heteroskedasticity(ANOVA),and graphical test through econometric statistics software Eview.The results show that economic growth and employment increase in Jilin Province are closely related to the tertiary industry of ice and snow sports tourism.Numerically,for every 10,000 yuan increase in ice and snow sports tourism revenue,the average tertiary industry employment increases by 28.72 people;for every 10,000 yuan increase in gross regional product,the tertiary indu
