广西大学生体质弱势群体公共体育教学改革研究

摘　　要：该文以广西大学生体质弱势群体的公共体育教学为研究对象,通过对广西高校体质弱势群体公共体育教学的问题进行分析,提出了改革对策建议。研究结果显示,广西高校需要采取针对性的改革措施,包括优化课程设置、构建科学合理的教学评价体系、加强师资队伍建设、规范和完善体育场地设施、重视心理辅导等,以更好地满足体质弱势群体学生的需求,提高其体质和心理健康水平。This paper takes the public physical education teaching forphysically disadvantaged groups of college students in Guangxi as the research object.By analyzing the problems of public physical education teaching for physically disadvantaged groups in Guangxi colleges and universities,it puts forward reform countermeasures and suggestions.Research results show that colleges and universities in Guangxi need to take targeted reform measures,including optimizing curriculum,constructing a scientific and reasonable teaching evaluation system,strengthening the construction of teaching staff,standardizing and improving the facilities of sports venues,and paying attention to psychological counseling,so as to better meet physical needs meet the needs of students from disadvantaged groups and improve their physical and mental health.
