高职体育课堂教学中学生创新能力的培养探讨

摘　　要：在创新创业环境持续改善、创新创业理念深入人心的大环境下,高职院校的课程教学中必须更加关注学生创新能力的培养,从而向社会输送更多专业能力扎实、创新能力出众的高素质、复合型人才,为社会经济发展提供人才支撑。该文首先概述了高职体育课堂教学中培养学生创新能力的必要性,以及创新能力培养过程中面临的一些问题。随后从教学实践出发,提出了革新教学理念、采用翻转课堂教学方法、组织开展课外体育活动、开设体育选修课以及改良考评机制等建议,为高职院校打造高效体育课堂、培养学生创新能力和提升人才培养质量提供了有益的借鉴。Underthe environment of continuous improvement of innovation and entrepreneurship environmentand the concept of innovation and entrepreneurship deeply rooted in people's hearts,higher vocational colleges and universitiesmust pay more attention to the cultivation of students' innovation ability in curriculum teaching,so as to deliver more high-quality and compound talents with solid professional ability and outstanding innovation ability to the society,and to provide talents support forthesocial and economic development.This paper first summarizes the necessity of cultivating students' innovation ability in higher vocational physical education classroom teaching,as well assome problems faced in the process of cultivating innovation ability.Then,from the teaching practice,this paper puts forward some suggestions such as innovating the teaching concept,adopting the flipped classroom teaching method,organizing extracurricular sports activities,openingsports elective courses and improving the evaluation mechanism,etc.,which provide useful reference for the higher vocational colleges and universitiesto create a highly efficient physical educationclassroom,cultivate students' innovation ability and improve the quality of talent cultivation.
