摘　　要：在职业教育高质量发展的背景下,如何针对各专业学生职业生涯规划与就业方向,科学开发职业实用性体育课程,让职业人才具备适应职业岗位的强健体魄,成为教师推进中职体育课程改革的重要问题。该文从学生职业体能、职业病预防、体育课程改革入手,阐述中职职业实用性体育课程开发的必要性、遇到的问题,围绕顺应教改趋势、加强引导宣传、优化体育课程、坚持实用导向、建设实用师资五个维度,明确中职职业实用性体育课程开发前提条件,并提出开发原则和方案,介绍伏案类、站立类、行走类专业体育课程开发案例。Under the background of the high-quality development of vocational education,how to scientifically develop vocational practicabilityphysical education courses forthe career planning and employment direction of students of various majors,so that vocational talents can have a strong body to adapt to the vocational positions,has become an important issue for teachers to promote the reform of secondary physical education courses.This paperstartsfrom the students 'vocational physical fitness,occupational disease prevention,and physical education courses reform,expounds the necessity of the development ofsecondary vocational practical sports courses for intermediate vocational,the problemsencountered,focuses on five dimensions:conforming to the trend of educational reform,strengtheningthe guideand publicity,optimizingphysical education courses,adhering to the practical orientation,and constructingpractical teachers,clarifies the prerequisites for the development ofsecondary vocational practicabilityphysical education courses for intermediate vocationaland putsforward the development principles and scheme,introduces the deskclasses,standingclasses,walking classes professional sports courses development case.
