高校非体育专业学生学习民族传统体育的兴趣与效果相关性的实证研究

摘　　要：作为中国体育文化的重要组成部分和中国体育事业的重要基础,民族传统体育融入学校体育教育对学生身心发展和文化认同具有重要意义。对民族传统体育资源的开发与挖掘不仅可以丰富高校的体育课程资源,还可以促进高校学生对民族传统体育的了解。该文通过问卷调查法和访谈法等方法,对高校非体育专业学生学习民族传统体育的兴趣与学习效果的现状进行调查,运用SPSS软件分析兴趣状况与学习效果间的相关性,进而提出优化对策。As an important part of China's sports culture and an important foundation of China's sports career,the integration of traditional national sports into school physical education is of great significance to students'physical and mental development and cultural identity.The development and excavation of traditional national sports resources can not only enrich the physical education curriculum resources of colleges and universities,but also promote the understanding of traditional national sports among studentsin colleges and universities.Through questionnaire survey and interview method,the current situation of non-physical education major students in learning traditional national sports and learning effect was investigated,and the SPSS software was used to analyze the correlation between interest and learning effect,and then put forward optimization countermeasures.
