摘　　要：在大学体育课程中,雪地足球训练手段具有广泛的价值和多重益处。通过加入这一独特的锻炼课程,学生们能够增进身体与精神锻炼,增进协同作业及领导力,并且能够促进学生的创意思考与应对赛场技巧。可以说,雪地足球训练在大学体育课程中,扮演着至关重要的角色。Snow football training methods have broad value and multiple benefitsin college physical education courses.By joining this unique exercise course,students can enhance physical and mental fitness,enhance teamwork and leadership,and promote their creative thinking and on-field skills.It can be said that snow football training plays a crucial role in the physical education coursesin colleges and universities.
