浅析2022至2024年伦敦周期鞍马规则变化对项目发展影响——以第51届世界体操锦标赛为例

摘　　要：运用文献资料法、录像观察法、数理统计法对第51届世界体操锦标赛中外优秀鞍马运动员成套动作进行了统计与分析。结果表明:新规则下,鞍马项目竞技激烈,高难度价值、高质量完成依旧是获得优异成绩的保障;新规则对起倒立动作扣分更严,成套中倒立类型的动作较上周期明显减少;新周期难度动作变化大,新类型组合动作和新难度动作的使用能进一步提高鞍马成套动作的难度价值;隔两环类动作和单臂转体360°类型的动作将成为新周期优秀鞍马运动员重点发展的动作。The study adopts literature review,video observation,and mathematical statistics to analyze the complete routines of outstanding pommel horse gymnasts in the 51st World Gymnastics Championships.The results indicate:under the new rules,the pommel horse event is highly competitive,and high-difficulty value and high-quality are still the guarantee for obtaining excellent results;the new rules are stricter in deducting points for skills in the inverted position,leading to a significant reduction in inverted-type skills in complete routines compared to the previous cycle;inthe new cycle,there are significant changes in the difficulty of skills,and the use of new skill combinations and higher difficulty skills can further enhance the difficulty value of pommel horse gymnasts;skills such as two-circle type elements and single-arm 360o turns will become essential for outstanding pommel horse gymnasts in the new cycle.
