摘　　要：该文通过分析竞技健美操中体育科学技术的应用现状和存在问题,总结了研究成果,并探讨运动心理学、运动生物力学在竞技健美操中的应用策略,提出了未来的研究方向和展望,对推动竞技健美操的科学、规范、健康发展具有现实意义。This paper analyzes the current situation and problems in the application of sports science and technology in competitive aerobics,summarizes theresearch results and discusses the application strategy of sports psychology and sports biomechanics in competitive aerobics,and puts forward the future research direction and outlook,which is of practical sig nificance for promoting the scientific,standardized,and healthy development of competitive aerobics.
