摘　　要：篮球中锋作为球队中的关键位置,需要具备优秀的策应和传球技巧。该文通过分析篮球中锋的策应和传球技术要求,探讨了如何培养篮球中锋位置策应及传球技巧,以及中锋在比赛中充当团队的策应者和传球核心的能力,旨在提高篮球中锋的训练水平。As a key position in the basketball team,the basketball center needs to have excellent coordinating and passing skills.By anaiyzing the coordinating and passing technical requirements of basketball centers,this paper discusses how to cultivate the coordinating and passing skills of basketball centerposition,and the ability of center to act as the team's coordinator and passing core in the game,aiming to improve the training level of basketball centers.
