摘　　要：针对户外变电站接地点高度过高的问题,设计了一种新型的变电站拆装接地线辅助工具。首先对辅助工具的整体结构和操作流程进行了介绍;其次对机械结构进行设计,包括运载小车、升降装置、电源模块及操作面板,其中升降装置的设计是核心;接着对于电动功能的实现进行了阐述;最后,对该辅助工具的创新点及应用范围进行了总结归纳。实际应用表明,该辅助工具有效降低了运维人员的倒闸操作强度、提高了工作效率、保障了人员人身安全,对未来智能化运维系统的发展具有重要意义。In view of the high ground point of outdoor substation,a new type of auxiliary tool for disassembling and installing ground wires in substation is designed.Firstly,the overall structure and operation process of the auxiliary tool are introduced.Secondly,the mechanical structure is designed,including the carrier car,lifting device,power module and operation panel,with the lifting device design as the core;Then the realization of the electric function is described;Finally,the innovation points and application range are summarized.The auxiliary tool reduces the operation intensity of operation and maintenance personnel,improves the work efficiency and guarantees the personal safety of personnel,which is of great significance for the development of intelligent operation and maintenance system in the future.
