摘 要:创新性提出了矸石磨料射流破煤技术,针对矸石磨料射流冲击破碎煤体动态过程,采用SPH-FEM耦合算法,构建了矸石磨料射流破煤数值模型,研究了破煤过程中应力损伤机制及射流参数对煤体破碎效果的影响规律。研究结果表明:随着射流速度由150 m/s增加到350 m/s,煤体的冲蚀深度和冲蚀纵截面面积近似线性增加,冲蚀宽度先增大后趋于稳定值,冲蚀宽度峰值为5.2 mm;随着射流柱直径的增加,煤体冲蚀宽度和冲蚀纵截面面积不断增大,冲蚀深度缓慢减小;磨料粒径由0.8 mm增加到1.2 mm时,最佳破煤粒径为0.8 mm;当t=2μs时,沿轴向深度和径向宽度方向,所选煤体单元的有效应力依次减小;当t>2μs时,径向上所有煤体单元的有效应力随时间增大而逐渐减小;随着磨料射流不断冲击,轴向煤体单元的有效应力峰值接替出现;沿着径向和轴向,从冲击表面中心到射流远端,损伤失效速率逐渐减小,分别呈瞬时和阶梯形损伤失效特征。研究结果为揭示磨料射流冲蚀破煤行为及其机理提供重要理论支撑。The gangue abrasive jet coal breaking technology is innovatively proposed in this paper.A numerical model is constructed via the SPH⁃FEM coupling algorithm to investigate gangue abrasive jet impact upon the dynamic process of coal breaking.The stress damage mechanism during the coal breaking process and the influence of jet parameters on the coal crushing effect are studied through numerical simulation.The research results show that as the jet velocity increases from 150 m/s to 350 m/s,the erosion depth and erosion cross⁃sectional area of coal increase approximately linearly,while the erosion width increases and then tends to a stable value,with an erosion width peak value of 5.2 mm.As the jet column diameter increases,the erosion width and erosion cross⁃sectional area of coal constantly increase,while the erosion depth of coal slowly decreases.When the abrasive particle size increases from 0.8 mm to 1.2 mm,there is an optimal coal breaking particle size of 0.8 mm.When t=2μs,the effective stress of the selected coal units decreases sequentially along the axial depth and radial width directions.When t>2μs,the effective stress of all coal units in the radial direction gradually decreases with time.As the gangue abrasive jet keeps impacting,successive peaks of effective stress appear in the axial direction of the coal elements.Along the radial and axial directions,the damage failure rate gradually decreases from the center of the impact surface to the far end of the jet,with the characteristics of instantaneous and stepped damage failure.This study provides important theories for revealing the behavior and mechanism of abrasive jet erosion and coal breaking.
