肛周脓肿感染臀深筋膜致臀大肌深部脓肿一例报道

摘　　要：肛周脓肿为肛肠科常见病、多发病,肛腺感染为其感染的根源,感染部位多见于直肠肛管周围皮肤、软组织内或周围间隙内,但在臀大肌形成脓肿则非常罕见。基于此,分享近期收治的肛周脓肿感染臀深筋膜致臀大肌深部脓肿患者1例,将该病的发病机制、诊断思路、手术联合超声定位置管引流治疗方案进行相关的资料分析,以供参考。Perianal abscess is a common and frequently occurring disease in anorectal department, and anal gland infection is the root of infection. The infection site is mostly found in the skin, soft tissue around the anorectal canal or in the surrounding space, but it is very rare to form abscess in the gluteus maximus. Based on this, we shared a case of a recently admitted patient with perianal abscess infected by gluteus deep fascia causing gluteus maximus deep abscess, and analyzed the relevant data, and discussed the pathogenesis, diagnosis ideas, surgery combined with ultrasound fixed position tube drainage treatment of this disease for reference.
