摘 要:采用液相沉淀-热分解制备出电池级大颗粒掺铝四氧化三钴,考察了液相沉淀过程中钴液流量、反应温度、反应pH值对大颗粒掺铝碳酸钴中间品杂质S含量、振实密度、上清Co含量等的影响;探究了碳酸钴烧结过程预热温度、进料量对大颗粒掺铝四氧化三钴振实密度和开裂情况的影响。结果表明:钴液进料流量2.5 L/h、反应过程温度45℃、反应过程pH值7.4的条件为沉淀大颗粒掺铝碳酸钴较优条件;引风风量30 m^(3)/h、碳酸钴进料速度15 kg/h的条件为烧结较优条件。Large particles of aluminum-doped cobalt tetroxide were prepared by liquid phase precipitation-thermal decomposition.The effects of cobalt liquid flow,reaction temperature and reaction pH on impurity S content,solid density and supernatant Co content of large particles of aluminum-doped cobalt carbonate during liquid phase precipitation were investigated.At the same time,the influences of preheating temperature and feeding amount on the vibration density and cracking of large particles doped with aluminum cobalt tetroxide were investigated.The results show that the optimal conditions for precipitation of large particles of aluminum-doped cobalt carbonate are the feed flow of cobalt liquid 2.5 L/h,reaction temperature 45℃and pH 7.4.The optimal conditions for sintering are 30 m^(3)/h and 15 kg/h cobalt carbonate feed rate.
