摘　　要：建筑遗产是文化多样性背景下地方身份的重要载体,而科学全面的评价是认知与保护利用的前提。通过梳理近二十年来中国建筑遗产评价国内外研究,借助CiteSpace平台展现其研究历程、趋势与热点。研究发现:建筑遗产在内涵、时间、空间上趋于完整与连续;热点分布在价值、影响、保护成效、风险、可持续及评价方法六个方面;各专题之间互为支撑,形成一套以价值为基础、可持续发展为导引的评价闭环体系与研究范式。Architectural heritage is an important carrier of local identity in the context of cultural diversity,and scientific and comprehensive evaluation is a prerequisite for recognition and conservation.Through combing the domestic and international studies on the evaluation of architectural heritage in China in the past two decades,the research history,trends and hotspots are shown on the CiteSpace platform.It is found that:architectural heritage tends to be complete and continuous in terms of connotation,time and space,the hotspots are distributed in six aspects,namely,value,impact,conservation effectiveness,risk,sustainability and evaluation methods,and the topics support each other,forming a set of closed-loop evaluation system and research paradigm based on value and guided by sustainable development.
