摘　　要：商业建筑是社会转型与变革中对经济、文化、政治以及民生最直接的体现。近代沈阳由于特殊的历史背景,民族商业建筑的转型呈现多元化特点,其转型动因与途径具有典型性与代表性。将历史背景、史料档案与建筑实物研究相结合,通过对沈阳近代政权更替、经济发展、商业模式转型和生活方式变迁中文化传播的多层厚描,分析沈阳近代民族商业建筑在空间功能、造型装饰、技术设备方面的本土建筑更新与外来文化融合的机制,梳理沈阳近代民族商业建筑呈现的多种转型路径,提炼转型特征,挖掘近代民族商业建筑特征形成的影响因素,从而科学认知其价值。Commercial building is the most direct embodiment of economy,culture,politics and people's livelihood in social transformation and reform.Due to the special historical background of modern Shenyang,the transformation of national commercial buildings presents diversified characteristics,and its transformation motivation and ways are typical and representative.Combining with historical background,historical archives and architectural physical research,through the multi-layer thick description of cultural communication in Shenyang's modern regime change,economic development,business model transformation and lifestyle changes,we analyze the mechanism of local architectural renewal and foreign cultural integration in Shenyang's modern national commercial buildings in terms of spatial function,modeling decoration and technical equipment,then we sort out the various transformation paths presented by Shenyang's modern national commercial buildings,we also refine the transformation characteristics,and excavate the influencing factors of the formation of modern national commercial building characteristics,so as to scientifically recognize its value.
