摘　　要：苏州位于江南腹地,靠近上海,近代以来受到现代主义思潮的影响,建造了大量适应当地生产生活方式的洋楼式住宅。该文在研究史料和实地测绘的基础上,总结了洋楼式住宅立面特征,并将其分为不同的风格类型;同时,分析洋楼式住宅的比例尺度、色彩的表达方式。最后,该文重点介绍了驱动这一发展的主要因素,旨在对苏州建筑史中近代洋楼式住宅部分进行补充研究,并为苏州近代建筑遗产的保护和利用提供参考。Suzhou is located in hinterland of southern Yangtze River,nearby Shanghai.Since modern times,influenced by the ideological trend of modernism,Suzhou built Western-style residence adapted to the local way of lifestyle.Based on the study of historical date and field measurements,we summarize the over style and elevation features of Western-style residence,and divide it into different types.At the same time,we also analyze the proportion of Western-style residence and the use of color.Finally,we give priority to the main factors that drive this development,so as to make a supplementary study on the Western-style residence part in the architectural history of Suzhou,as well as to provide reference for the conservation and utilization of modern architectural heritage in Suzhou.
