摘　　要：我国工业遗产承载了几代中国人共同的工业记忆,兼顾了文化强国与城市复兴的双重使命,既需要设计的“颜值”更需要遗产的“内涵”,社会记忆是阐释工业遗产价值内涵的重要内容。为了充分挖掘工业遗产的社会记忆价值,该文首先论证了记忆理论与工业遗产价值认知之间的内在联系,提出工业遗产既是记忆载体又是客体的属性特征,指出工业遗产社会记忆构建的两条基本路径。然后以青岛罐头食品厂为例,分别梳理了作为社会变革和代表性人物记忆载体和作为生产、生活、城市方面记忆客体的价值特征。最后根据社会记忆的构建路径,结合实地调研分析,从城市关系、遗产质量、生产技术、历史还原四个层面提出青岛罐头食品厂的保护更新策略,以期为工业遗产的价值研究及活化利用提供支撑。China's industrial heritage carries the common industrial memory of several generations of Chinese people,taking into account the dual mission of cultural strength and urban rejuvenation,which requires not only the"value"of the design but also the"content"of the heritage,and the social memory is an important part of the interpretation of the value of industrial heritage.In order to fully explore the social memory value of industrial heritage,the relationship between memory theory and the value cognition of industrial heritage is firstly demonstrated,the attribute characteristic that industrial heritage is both memory carrier and object is proposed,and two basic paths for the realization of industrial heritage value are pointed out.Then,taking the Qingdao Canned Food Factory as an example,we sort out the value characteristics of the factory as a carrier of memories of social changes and representative figures,and as an object of memories of production,life,and urban aspects,respectively.Finally,according to the construction path of social memory,the protection and renewal strategies are proposed from four levels,namely,urban relationship,heritage quality,production technology and historical restoration,with a view to providing support for the value research and revitalization and utilization of industrial heritage.
