摘  要:因钢框架结构相对混凝土结构具有自重轻、强度高、抗震性能好、施工周期短和节能环保等优点,在西藏某政府周转房设计中采用装配式钢框架结构形式,对钢框架结构在高层住宅中的应用进行技术探讨。首先,根据建筑布置及初步结构计算,确定钢框柱、梁、板的布置及截面尺寸;其次,用PKPM计算结构的各项性能指标;最后,进行节点和楼梯及防火设计。结果表明:结构模型的各项指标均满足现行规范要求,该设计方案是可行的,可供相关工程参考。Compared with concrete structure,steel frame structure has the advantages of light weight,high strength,good seismic performance,short construction period,energy saving and environmental protection.The fabricated steel frame structure is used in the design of a government revolving house in Tibet.The application of steel frame structure in high-rise residential buildings is discussed.Firstly,according to the architectural layout and preliminary structural calculation,the layout and section size of steel frame column,beam and plate are determined.Secondly,PKPM is used to calculate each performance index of the structure.Finally,the nodes and stairs and fire protection design are carried out.The results show that all the indexes of the structural model meet the requirements of the current specifications,and the design scheme is feasible and can be used as reference for related projects.
