摘　　要：在“互联网+医疗健康”背景下,通过搭建“健康辽宁影像云”平台,实现影像检查数据的互联互通和检查结果的共享互认,对深化医疗体制改革,落实分级诊疗制度,促进优质医疗资源下沉具有重要意义。文章运用成本核算法对Z医院开展“健康辽宁影像云”项目的应用效果进行分析,结果显示影像云服务可以节约医疗成本,减轻患者就医负担。Under the background of“Internet plus healthcare”,the construction of“Healthy Liaoning Image Cloud”platform realizes the interconnection of imageological examination data and the sharing and mutual recognition of check-up results,which is of great significance for deepening the reform of medical system,implementing the hierarchical diagnosis and treatment system,and promoting the sinking of high-quality medical resources.This paper uses cost-benefit analysis to analyze the application effect of the“Healthy Liaoning Image Cloud”project carried out by Z hospital,and the results show that image cloud services can save medical costs and reduce the burden of medical treatment for patients.
