临沂市水环境综合整治实践与思考

摘　　要：临沂市通过构建水安全体系、水生态体系、水环境体系,科学严格管理,城市污水达标处理率达到95.1%。农村面源污染得到全面治理,水生态建设取得明显成效。本文介绍了临沂市水环境综合整治的做法,分析了当前存在的问题,并对下一步水环境综合整治提出了建议。In Linyi,it has made significant strides in water management by establishing systems for water security,water ecology,and water environment,and by applying scientific and stringent management practices.As a result,it has achieved a 95.1%compliance rate for urban wastewater treatment in the city.Comprehensive measures have been implemented to control rural non-point source pollution,and notable success has been achieved in water ecological construction.In the paper,it presents the practices adopted for the comprehensive management of the water environment in Linyi,analyzes current challenges,and proposes recommendations for future comprehensive water environment management.
