摘 要:德州市徒骇河宫家节制闸经多年运行,损毁严重。除险加固工程施工期内为保证闸址上下游的灌溉用水需求,经综合比较后,选定分流结合全断面导流方案,不仅有效地解决了闸址上下游的灌溉用水要求,且来水经过各级分流后大大减小了闸址处河槽过流流量,降低了河槽及岸坡坍塌破坏风险系数,减少了工程量,节约了工程投资。After years of operation,in the Gongjia regulating gate on the Tuhai River in Dezhou,it has suffered significant damage.In order to ensure the irrigation water demand upstream and downstream of the gate site during the construction period of the hazard removal and reinforcement project,a diversion plan combining partial and full cross-section diversion was selected following a comprehensive comparison.This approach not only effectively met the irrigation water requirements upstream and downstream but also significantly reduced the flow volume at the gate site by distributing the incoming water across several levels.This reduction in flow volume decreased the risk of river channel and bank slope collapse,reduced the volume of construction work,and saved on project costs.
