摘 要:为确保张庄渡槽构件在加固施工中的完整性,通过计算捆绑钢丝绳的受力和吊车起吊重量、起重高度、起重臂长度等参数,对吊装施工工艺进行研究。结果表明,捆绑原壳槽和排架的钢丝绳容许破断拉力大于钢丝绳内力,吊车起吊重量、起重高度、起重臂长度等参数均能满足吊装施工作业要求;采用钢丝绳捆绑原壳槽和排架,使用120 t汽车吊车拆除和200 t履带吊车加固渡槽构件,均可满足吊装施工工艺要求。In order to ensure the integrity of cultural relics aqueduct components in reinforcement construction,the lifting construction technology was studied by calculating the force of the binding wire rope,lifting weight of the crane,lifting height,lifting arm length and other parameters.The results show that the allowable breaking force of the wire rope is greater than the internal force of the wire rope.The parameters such as lifting weight,lifting height and lifting arm length can meet the requirements of hoisting operation.The use of steel wire rope to bundle the original shell groove and rack,120T car crane to dismantle and 200T crawler crane to strengthen the aqueduct components can meet the requirements of lifting construction technology.
