摘　　要：安全生产事关人民群众生命财产安全和社会稳定大局,安全生产标准化是保障安全生产的强有力抓手。文章通过对山东省调水工程运行维护中心烟台分中心水利标准化一级达标创建工作梳理,分析基层水利运行管理单位安全生产标准化建设中存在的问题,提出水利运行管理单位安全生产标准化建设的几点建议。Safety production is crucial for the security of people’s lives and property and the overall stability of society.Standardization in safety production is a powerful approach to ensuring safety.In the paper,it reviews the efforts towards achieving first-level standardization in safety production at Yantai Branch of Shandong Provincial Water Diversion Project Operation and Maintenance Center.It analyzes existing issues in the standardization construction of safety production at grassroots water management units and proposes several suggestions for the standardization of safety production in water operation and management units.
