摘 要:介绍235/45R1898T镶钉雪地轿车子午线轮胎的设计。结构设计:外直径664 mm,断面宽250 mm,行驶面宽度207 mm,行驶面弧度高8.5 mm,胎圈着合直径460.4 mm,胎圈着合宽度230 mm,断面水平轴位置(H1/H2)0.923,采用冬季轮胎胎面花纹,预设镶钉孔。施工设计:胎面采用胎面胶、基部胶和翼胶三复合挤出,带束层采用2层3×0.30HT钢丝帘线,冠带层采用930dtex/2改性锦纶帘布,胎体采用1层1670dtex/2高模量低收缩聚酯帘布,采用二次法成型机成型、B型液压硫化机硫化。成品性能测试结果表明,轮胎的充气外缘尺寸、强度、高速性能、耐久性能和脱圈阻力均达到相应的设计和国家标准要求,室外性能通过欧洲R117法规认证。The design of 235/45R1898T studded snow passenger car radial tire was introduced.In the structural design,the following parameters were taken:overall diameter 664 mm,cross-section width 250 mm,width of running surface 207 mm,arc height of running surface 8.5 mm,bead diameter at rim seat 460.4 mm,bead width at rim seat 230 mm,maximum width position of cross-section(H1/H2)0.923,adopting winter tire tread patterns,presetting studded holes.In the construction design,the following parameters were taken:using tread compound,base compound and wing compound three-extruded tread,two-layers of 3×0.30HT steel cord for belt,930dtex/2 modified nylon cord fabric for crown ply,one-layer of 1670dtex/2 high modulus and low shrinkage polyester cord fabric for carcass,using two-stage building machine to build tires and B-type hydraulic vulcanizing press to cure tires.The finished tire performance test results showed that the inflated peripheral dimension,strength,high-speed performance,durability and bead unseating resistance all met the corresponding design and national standards,and the outdoor performance had passed the European R117 regulation certification.
