摘 要:研究新型防老剂HT443的制备及其在半钢子午线轮胎胎侧胶中的应用。结果表明:与防老剂4020胶料相比,防老剂HT443胶料的门尼焦烧时间延长,硫化速度加快,硫化胶的物理性能基本相当,抗变色性能提高;当防老剂HT443/4020用量比为2/1时,可改善防老剂4020迁出变色严重的问题,提高轮胎外观质量。The preparation of the new antioxidant HT443 and its application in the sidewall compound of steel-belted radial tires were studied.The results showed that compared with the antioxidant 4020 compound,the Mooney scorch time of the antioxidant HT443 compound was extended,the curing speed was faster,the physical properties of the vulcanizate were basically comparable and the anti discoloration property was improved.When the dosage ratio of antioxidant HT443/4020 was 2/1,the serious problem of discoloration caused by antioxidant 4020 migration could be improved,which improved the appearance quality of the tire.
