摘  要:介绍了取向硅钢生产技术发展历程及特点,重点阐述了渗氮法取向硅钢生产技术控制原理,诠释了锋锐的Goss{110}<001>织构选择生成、定向遗传、择优长大的择优环境是抑制剂近恒量,本质是先天抑制剂AlN近恒量、后天渗氮形成的AlN近恒量,结合Goss织构的定向遗传完成了二次再结晶。The development history and the characteristics of the production technologies for grain-oriented silicon steels were described,the control principle of the production technology for grain-oriented silicon steels by nitriding method was especially explained.Besides,the preferential environment for sharp Goss textures{110}<001>to be generated by natural selection,inherited directionally and grown up preferentially was discussed.Actually secondary recrystallization of grain-oriented silicon steels was achieved by the inhibitor,near-constant,whose essence was innate inhibitor,namely AlN near-constant and AlN near-constant formed by acquired nitriding,together with the directional inheritance of Goss textures.
