摘  要:鞍钢股份有限公司炼铁总厂利用覆盖炉体的高精度水温电偶,实现了对5#高炉各部位冷却壁热负荷的长期跟踪研究。通过研究装料制度和送风制度对高炉热负荷分布的影响,明确了边缘焦炭负荷、矿石平台宽度、鼓风动能、风口回旋区长度和炉腹煤气量对热负荷分布的具体作用效果,为高炉热负荷分布的合理性研究和调控手段研究提供了依据。The long-term tracking research on the heat load from cooling staves in various positions on the No.5 blast furnace(BF)was carried out by using the high-precision water temperature thermocouples which could measure the temperatures around the entire furnace body in General Ironmaking Plant of Angang Steel Co.,Ltd..By studying the effects of charging system and air supply system on the distributions of heat load from BF,the specific effects of load from coke at edge of BF,the width of a platform for carrying ore,blast kinetic energy,the length of a raceway for tuyeres and gas flowrate in bosh on the distributions of heat load were clarified,which provided the basis for carrying out the study on the rationality of thermal load distribution of BF and the study on control measures.
