摘 要:针对炼钢厂210 t冶金铸造起重机原调压调速电机控制故障率高、检修维护量大等问题,进行了起重机变频改造。将起重机各机构的绕线式电机改造为变频电机,不需要维护碳刷及滑环,取消了换相和加速接触器,变频启停速度平稳顺滑,延长了机械设备使用寿命,提高了电机效率,避免了能源浪费。改造后,系统故障率降低80%左右,每年可节省综合费用总计约26.75万元。With regard to these problems such as high failure rates and heavy maintenance workload occurred in control of the old pressure-regulating and speed-regulating motor for the 210 t metallurgical casting crane in the steelmaking plant,upgrading the frequency conversion for the crane was carried out.Specifically,all wound-type motors for various mechanisms to the crane were transformed into variable-frequency motors,which did not need maintenance of carbon brushes and slip rings.And furthermore,the phase conversion and accelerating contactors were removed.Therefore,variable-frequency starting or stopping speed was stable and smooth,which extended the service life of mechanical equipment,improved the motor efficiency and energy waste was avoided.After upgrading,the system failure rate was reduced by about 80%,and annual comprehensive costs of approximately 267.5 thousand yuan could be saved.
