摘  要:根据火电厂化验室化学监督业务的特点和管理需求,某公司研制了火电厂化学监督智能管控综合体和LIMS软件。通过设备数据接口的开发实现了检测数据自动采集、智能统计与报送、自动生成关键指标趋势图、检测全流程实时溯源、异常结果自动告警等功能;同时基于智能手持终端,实现了操作人员户外取样与就地检验、数据实时上传、自动生成监督报表和报告以及危化品库的智能安全管理。该智慧化转型实践,促进了流程的科学化、规范化和标准化,提高了数据的共享、融通能力以及工作效率。Based on the characteristics and management requirements of chemical supervision business in thermal power plant laboratories,a company develops an intelligent control complex and LIMS software for chemical supervision in thermal power plants.By developing device data interfaces,multiple functions are achieved such as automatic collection of detection data,intelligent statistics and reporting,automatic generation of key indicator trend charts,real-time traceability of the entire detection process,and automatic alarm of abnormal results.At the same time,based on intelligent handheld terminals,outdoor sampling and on-site inspection by operators,real-time data uploading,automatic generation of supervision forms and reports,and intelligent safety management of hazardous chemical warehouses have been achieved.The intelligent transformation practice promotes the scientific,standardized and standardized processes as well as improving data sharing,integration capabilities and work efficiency.
