“岗课赛证”视域下卫生微生物检验课程思政实施探索

摘  要:“岗课赛证”融合以课程为中心,将岗位、竞赛、证书有机融合于课程。教学团队以“岗课赛证”融合为抓手,以岗定课、以赛促课、以证融课,全面实施高职业卫生微生物检验课程思政实施。基于岗位需求和典型工作任务,以“三段教学”为路径,提升学生技术技能;校企合作,持续完善课程资源;强化学生的职业素养,塑造学生的职业品格各方面进行实施。通过教学实践,证实基于“岗课赛证”的卫生微生物检验课程思政有效融入能够提高学生职业竞争力,满足企业和社会对岗位人才的需求,为职业教育卫检专业相关课程改革提供参考。The integration of"post-course-competition-certificate"is a teaching reform model that integrates post,competition,and professional certificate into the course.Following this idea,we comprehensively implemented the teaching reform of Sanitary Microbial Detecting by setting the course based on post,improving the course by competition,and integrating course resources according to certificate.Based on job requirements and typical tasks,we improve students'technical skills through"three-stage teaching",carry out school-enterprise cooperation to continuously improve curriculum resources,strengthen students'professional quality,and shape students'professional character in all aspects of implementation.Through teaching practice,it has been confirmed that the effective integration of ideological and political education into the course of Sanitary Microbial Detecting based on"post-course-competition-certificate"can effectively improve the professional competitiveness of students,meet the needs of enterprises and society for job talents,and provide reference for the reform of relevant courses of vocational education and medical examination.
