摘 要:为获得酒用高粱种子离散元仿真参数,以仁怀市大坝镇地区的茅梁糯2号高粱种子为研究对象,完成了物性参数的测量种子-尼龙、种子-ABS及种子颗粒间接触参数的标定。首先,采用物理试验测出高粱种子的三轴尺寸、密度、泊松比、弹性模量、剪切模量及休止角等参数,且获取高粱种子-尼龙与高粱种子-ABS的静摩擦因数、滚动摩擦因数和碰撞恢复系数;其次,采用Box-Behnken法设计三因素三水平试验,得到高粱种子颗粒间接触参数与休止角的二阶回归模型;最后,以实测休止角29.14°为优化目标值,求得高粱种子颗粒间的碰撞恢复系数、静摩擦因数、滚动摩擦因数分别为0.422、0.504、0.074,代入EDEM中得到仿真试验结果为28.39°,与实测值的相对误差为2.57%,进一步验证了仿真试验的可靠性和有效性。酒用高粱种子物性参数测定和接触参数标定可为高粱播种机仿真分析及优化设计提供一定参考和依据。In order to obtain the discrete element simulation parameters of sorghum seeds for wine,it provides a reference for the structural design and optimization of the seed displacer of sorghum seeding machinery.Taking Maoliang Nuo No.2 sorghum seeds from Dama Town,Renhuai City as the research object,the measurement of physical property parameters and the calibration of contact parameters between seed particles,sed-nylon and sed-ABS were completed.Firstly,the triaxial size,density,Poisson's ratio,elastic modulus,shear modulus and angle of repose of sorghum seeds were determined by physical test,and the static friction coefficient,rolling friction coefficient and collision recovery coefficient of sorghum seed-nylon and sorghum seed-ABS were also determined.Secondly,the Box-Behnken method was used to design the three-factor three-level test,and the second-order regression model of the contact parameters between sorghum seeds and the angle of repose was obtained.Finally,taking the measured repose angle of 29.14°as the optimization target value,the collision recovery coefficient,static friction coefficient and rolling friction coefficient between sorghum seed particles were obtained as 0.422,0.504 and 0.074,respectively.The simulation test result was 28.39°and the relative error with the measured value was 2.57%.The reliability and validity of the simulation test are further verified.The determination of physical property parameters and the calibration of contact parameters of sorghum seeds for wine can provide some reference and basis for the simulation analysis and optimization design of sorghum seeder.
