仿生凸包起垄刀表面特征参数优化设计

摘  要:起垄机在作业时发现起垄刀粘附严重,为了解决在黏性土壤环境下起垄刀粘附问题,以土壤动物蜣螂头部表面非光滑凸包结构为仿生对象,通过白光干涉仪获得凸包微观结构的特征参数完成仿生起垄刀设计。基于EDEM仿真分析仿生凸包起垄刀的减粘脱附效果,探索凸包减粘机理,通过田间试验验证仿真分析的有效性。试验结果表明:仿生凸包起垄刀减粘脱附效果由小到大依次为Ⅰ、Ⅲ、Ⅱ,试验结果与EDEM仿真中得到的结果相一致,验证了仿真的可靠性。其中,仿生起垄刀Ⅱ的减粘性能最好,在18.73%、22.91%、26.87%含水率下的平均粘附量相对于原型刀具分别减少了12.45%、24.64%、6.19%。研究结果可为起垄机减粘脱附仿生设计提供可行的研究方法。In order to solve the problem of ridge knife adhesion in the cohesive soil environment,the non-smooth convex hull structure on the head surface of the soil animal dung beetle was used as the bionic object,and the characteristic parameters of the convex hull microstructure were obtained by the white light interferometer to complete the design of the bionic ridge knife.Based on EDEM simulation,the anti-adhesion and desorption effect of bionic convex hull ridge knife was analyzed,the mechanism of convex hull viscosity reduction was explored,and the effectiveness of the simulation analysis was verified by field experiments.The test shows that the anti-adhesion and desorption effect of the bionic convex ridge knife is Ⅰ.,Ⅲ.,Ⅱ.from small to large,and the test results are consistent with the results obtained in EDEM simulation,which verifies the reliability of the simulation.Among them,the bionic ridge knife Ⅱ had the best viscosity reduction performance,and the average adhesion at 18.73%,22.91%and 26.87%moisture content decreased by 12.45%,24.64%and 6.19%compared with the prototype tool,respectively.This study provides a feasible research method for the biomimetic design of de-adsorption of ridge starters.
